The fast-growing sport of stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is a fun, easy way to go play on the water. With a minimum of equipment, you can paddle anything from ocean surf to lakes and rivers – no waves required. It requires no previous experience and can be enjoyed by people of all ages! You’ll enjoy excellent views of everything from sea, sights, nature, sea creatures to what’s on the horizon. It’s almost like walking on water!
We can offer you different SUP tours and course:
1. Beginner & Private courses: lesson with fun approach to learning everything from the safety on board, behavior of water and of course the basic techniques of paddling the SUP.
2. SUP Yoga: a new form of fitness on the board which has been an absolute hit in the States. It is the challenge at sea or on the shore. Functional training and balancing your whole body with both strength exercises and stretching brings you in top form in no time. Although this may sound demanding, SUP Yoga is really a sport for everyone – from beginners to true lovers of fitness.
3. Custom & City tours: An unforgettable tour experience which overlooks the city walls from the sea. It consists of paddling from the south entrance of the old town called PILE down to the old port in the old city center and back, with the possibility to visit the island of Lokrum.
